Lead Times: Manufacturing and Dispatch

At Breizh-Trotter, most of our products (suspended beds and curtains) are custom-made in our workshop in Brittany. This guarantees optimal quality and perfect adaptation to your vehicle.

🗓️ Manufacturing Lead Time (Beds & Curtains)

Approximately 10 business days maximum.

Some bed configurations (150 cm / 160 cm standard) are sometimes in stock for faster shipping. Contact us if you are in a hurry!

🚚 Shipping Time (After Manufacturing)
  • France (excl. production): 24 to 48 hours
  • Europe: 4 to 5 days

We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

Estimated Total Delivery Time Calculation:

Total time = **Manufacturing time** (Max. 10 days) + **Shipping time**.


Delivery Options and Costs

  • Home Delivery or Pickup Point

    Shipping costs are calculated automatically in your shopping cart based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your geographical area. The carrier is selected for its reliability and speed.

  • Free Workshop Pickup (Click & Collect)

    You have the option to pick up your order directly from our workshop in Brittany:

    Address: 14 KERNANTE, 56520 Guidel (Morbihan), France.

    Please contact us or call us at +33 6 65 61 07 35 before visiting to arrange an appointment and ensure your order is ready.


Tracking and Reception Advice

As soon as your package leaves our Guidel workshop, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow the shipment in real-time.

⚠️ Upon Reception:

Please always check the condition of the package before signing the delivery slip. In case of damage (crushed, opened package, etc.), please:

  1. Note **precise reservations** on the delivery slip (Example: "Package damaged, box ripped").
  2. Refuse the package if the damage appears significant.
  3. Contact us immediately at +33 6 65 61 07 35 so we can open a claim file with the carrier.

Without noted reservations, no claim can be accepted by the carrier.
